My current project is AtomsPast. The goal of AtomsPast is to be the last set of rules/wargame system players would need. I created a program for players to use where they can create any kind of model rules and thousands of different of kinds of spells that all use the same point system for balance. Hypothetically from small skirmish games using more rules per model, to large wargames using lots of spells - AtomsPast gives you the tools to play in any universe with the miniatures you already have.
